Automatic Digital Terrazzo Bricking Machine. The raw materials are cement, stone powder and gravels. With the processing and polishing under the high pressure, it would be compete with the natural terrazzo.
Terrazzo making machine adopts the imported PLC, and with the integrated control, automatic circulation and interlocked program.Thus, it's with the stable performance and simple operation.
Terrazzo making machine (KB-400) : Terrazzo product line is with the capacity of around 2500 pieces each turn. The whole product line could be operated by only 2-4 persons.
mixing the raw material such as cement,stone powder,yellow sand etc...according to some certain ratio that depend on your own need for the quality of the tiles into agent,then the constant feeder machine will delivery them onto the moulds(we could design moulds in all kinds of size)under pressing,dewatering in a certain pressure and period,the tiles will be moulded. Then releasing the pressure and demoulding,at last catching the tiles with pallets.
The machine's working process will be executed by the designed program system and also some transmissions,including hydraulic transmission, air pressure transmission,electron,electrical appliance etc...
Raw materials → Sending into moulds → Moulding by press → Demoulding → Semi-finished tiles → Painting → Finished products
It's molded with high pressure, with the exact overall dimensions, high strength, many kinds of design for choosing. In addition, it's also with the advantages of anti-freezing, slip resistance and low water absorption rate.

Finished terrazzo lt's molded by the upper and lower molds,with the nice shape. The surface is smooth and even, with the precise dimensions and even density.
lt's convenient and available for vertical laying or horizontal laying.
At the Japanese Solar Energy Research Center, it's tested that the average temperate on the inner surface of the roof with terrazzo and the battens is 74.10F (21.890C), which decreases the load of air conditions greatly, with the better heat shielding performance than other terrazzo.
With 25 times of circular frost thawing test, it's known that the anti-frost-thawing performance of the terrazzo could meet the Japanese JIS Standard, much better than others.
The treeazzo is molded by the pressing of the big-tonnage pressing machine, with the characteristics of high density anl low water absorption. It's anti-permeability is better than othe terrazzo. It's applicable in the areas with long-term rain and snow,without air leakage.

1, It's forbidden to startup the main pump without cooling water and hydraulic oil.
2, It's forbidden to press the moulds without raw material,or the machine will be impaired.
3, It's forbidden to clear the moulds when the machine is still on working.
4, It's forbidden to stand up near the elevator when it's on working.
5, It's forbidden to operate the machine under low oil lever and extraordinarily high oil temperature(50℃).
6, It's forbidden to startup the main pump without cooling water and hydraulic oil Please do sure that environmental circumstance is far away from malfunctions,and also safty before it's auto-operating.
7, When you find any unusual circumstance. please press the emergency stop button immediately.
8, If it's under 0℃,you must drain the cooling water from the cooler for avoiding frosting damage to the machine.
9, You should clear all the machine equipments and add some grease when off duty.
